Natalie Keetsi is an admitted attorney in South Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She graduated with distinction, ranked in the top 10 of her class, and received various merit awards for her academic performance.

Natalie undertook her articles as a candidate attorney (trainee) at ENSafrica and was retained in the dispute resolution team. She thereafter joined the South Africa office of Pinsent Masons LLP as one of its founding attorneys and climbed the global ranks of the firm to the position of senior associate, prior to commencing the Fellowship. Natalie specialised in complex dispute resolution proceedings (including high court litigation) as well as multi-jurisdictional corporate criminal investigations related to significant construction, infrastructure, and energy projects in South Africa pertaining to allegations of corruption. Natalie has worked with counsel from various jurisdictions including the United States, on corporate criminal investigations that involved parallel investigations by the United States’ Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission. Notably, she was an integral member of the legal team that secured the largest civil recovery in the history of the law enforcement authorities in South Africa.

Natalie is currently pursuing her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) at Harvard Law School, where she will focus on advancing her expertise in multi-jurisdictional corporate criminal investigations and white collar crime law.
