Naomi Mbise

Naomi Mbise is a Master of Divinity candidate at Harvard Divinity School. Her research focuses on understandings of religion among the Meru people of Arusha, Tanzania. Naomi brings experience in strategic communications and digital engagement to amplify organizational impact. As a Communications Intern at the Harvard Center for African Studies, she is excited to support the Center’s work in amplifying African voices and showcasing the contributions of African students, scholars, and communities across Harvard and beyond.
