Previously Kevin was a researcher in the World Bank Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) group. In 2014-2015 he was a post doctoral fellow in political economy and research associate at HSPH. His work has two main areas of focus. In one strand of work, he uses qualitative methods to study the political economy of health in developing countries. In another set of projects, he uses empirical methods, including experimental and quasi-experimental approaches, to study political economy and public service delivery in developing countries.
