The Hutchins Center for African and African American Studies hosts a Fall colloquium with Steven Nelson, Associate Professor of African and African American Art History, at the University of California, Los Angeles. Nelson will present on the topic of “The Artist as Geographer: On Moshekwa Langa and Julie Mehretu” This event is free and open to the public. A question and answer session will follow the talk.
