Please join the Harvard International Arbitration Law Student Association for a discussion with Des Williams, Head of the Arbitration Practice at Werksmans Attorneys, on recent developments in the field of international arbitration in South Africa. Among many other accomplishments, Des serves as the South African member of the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and is the Chairman of the ICC Chamber of Commerce South Africa.
