Through the generosity of the Milbank Tweed Student Conference Fund, the Harvard African Law will hold a benefit dinner to commemorate World AIDS Day and stand in solidarity with those fighting to eradicate HIV/AIDS across the world, and particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The evening will feature an address by Allan Maleche, human rights lawyer and Executive Director of KELIN Kenya, and a keynote presentation by Peter Twyman, CEO of Keep a Child Alive. 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to supporting Keep a Child Alive's fight against HIV/AIDS.
The dinner is held in collaboration with Lambda, Black Law Students Association, the Center for Health Law & Policy Innovation, the Health Law & Policy Clinic, Students for Reproductive Justice, Law and International Development Society, Women's Law Association, Supero, and South Asian Law Students Association.
