DRC Forum Event

Join us for a conversation with leaders from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on the future of their nation's economy, governance and services. The panel will feature the Minister of Health, Minister of Education, a senior executive from VodacomDRC, and an established entrepreneur from the country. Moderator Emmanuel Akyeampong, Ellen Gurney Professor of History and of African and African American Studies and former Faculty Director of the Harvard University Center for African Studies, will guide a conversation on the DC's relationship with developed nations with which it trades, and how conflicts over the years have shaped the nation's past, present and future.

This event is co-sponsored by the Center for African Studies, and the Harvard Ministerial Leadership Program.
