Fulbright opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa Webinar

Join Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program, Sub-Saharan Africa for an overview of awards open to academics and professionals to teach and/or conduct research in Sub-Saharan Africa. IIE/CIES staff will cover highlighted awards for the 2018-19 competition, as well as discuss the application process and how to submit a competitive proposal.

A complete list of the over 50 awards to the region can be found in our Catalog of Awards; a few highlights include the following:

  • Botswana: Environmental Sciences (8020-BC) and Public Health (8019-BC)
  • Senegal: All Disciplines (8049-SG)
  • Mauritius: All Disciplines (8038-MP)
  • Africa Regional Research Program: All Disciplines (8465-MC)

Participants will have the opportunity to pose questions during a Q&A session at the end of the presentation. Attendees are welcome to send questions in advance of the webinar to subsaharanafrica@iie.org using the subject line "AF Webinar Questions".
