Zinhle Hadebe is a Master in Public Administration candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School and a recipient of the Harvard South Africa Fellowship. She is a registered Professional Land Surveyor with more than 13 years of experience across the public and private sectors, most recently serving as Chief Professional Land Surveyor and Acting Deputy Surveyor General in South Africa's national government. She holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and has led initiatives in land administration, digital transformation, and public sector innovation to improve service delivery and institutional effectiveness.

At Harvard, Zinhle is focusing on the intersection of public policy, business, and economic development, with a particular interest in how the private sector and governments can collaborate to foster inclusive economic growth, strengthen public institutions, and create employment opportunities across Africa. She hopes to leverage the knowledge and networks gained through Harvard and the fellowship to advance practical, scalable solutions that promote sustainable development and improve lives.
