Sibongile Musundwa is a creative industries advocate and project manager based in South Africa. She has an MA in Media Theory and Practice, experience in multidisciplinary research and project delivery, with networks spanning across South Africa and the United Kingdom. She is currently the Director of the J&B Hive, a Creative Hub and Accelerator Programme that invests in young creative entrepreneurs in Johannesburg. In her other work, at Owning The Light, she works to encourage creative industries job participation by curtailing representation biases. She also currently serves as a Council Member for the KZN Museum, in Pietermaritzburg.
Overall, she creates environments for those in arts, culture and entrepreneurship to fulfil their potential and -- in some cases -- make their dreams come true.
