Michael is an LL.M student from South Africa interested in constitutional and human rights law. He obtained his junior degree from University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. He clerked for Justice Edwin Cameron at the Constitutional Court of South Africa. Prior to developing an interest in constitutional and human rights law, Michael was a transactional lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions. He was a partner at Adams & Adams.

He is now an advocate and a member of the Johannesburg Bar, where he will be returning after his LL.M studies.
