Lindani E. Mabuza is an experienced banking professional with over 15 years work experience, and resides in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has worked in various senior positions in South Africa’s big four banks, namely Barclays Africa, Nedbank and Firstrand Group.

In addition to the above, he also has served on the Board of Directors of the City of Johannesburg Property Company as a non-executive director, and sits on its various sub-committees including Audit & Risk and the Transactions committees.

Lindani is very entrepreneurial and in his spare time co-created several start up intiatives, such as Synergy88 Investments Partnership (a 17 member Investment Club focused on investing in listed shares), and is a Director of Southern Point Investments (Pty) Ltd an associated company. He is also a Director of Nadorox (Pty) Ltd a small holding company targeting ownership and management of fuel service stations.

He holds a Masters in Business Adminstration from the University of Cape Town as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Swaziland. More recently he was nominated as a Fellow of the Harvard South Africa Fellowship Program and is a candidate for the General Management Programme 2017/18 at Harvard Business School.

He has been married to Sonia, a corporate attorney, for 14 years and they have two children, Simone (8) and Wakhile (5). He is an avid sportsman and plays golf, tennis and visits the gym regularly. One of his favourite things to do is to travel and see the world with his family at least twice a year.
