DESCRIPTION:<p>Myles Osborne is Associate Professor of History at the University of Colorado Boulder. He will present “Rastafari and Reparations: Nation and Community in Jamaica and Kenya.” Lowell Brower, a doctoral candidate in African &amp; African American Studies at Harvard University, will be the discussant.</p><div><p>A week in advance, the presenter’s paper will be circulated through the <a href="https://lists.fas.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/africanstudiesworkshop-list">Harvard African Studies Workshop listserv</a>.
