Thaler, Assistant Professor of Global Studies, University of California, Santa Barbara, traces the rise and hope of Bobi Wine. Kai M. Thaler was a Graduate Student Associate at the Weatherhead Center when he received his PhD in the Department of Government at Harvard University in 2018.
