## **Annual Harvard Africa Mixer**

Our largest student event of the year, the Harvard Africa Mixer, brings our student community together from across Harvard College and the twelve graduate and professional schools for a night of African food, music, dancing, and fellowship. Africa-related student groups have the opportunity to share information about their events and programming. Staff and faculty can connect with our wonderful student community, while students engage with the broader Harvard Africa community.

## **Original Buna 'Coffee' Breaks**

The Harvard Center for African Studies also creates space for students to learn more about our programming, the Harvard-Africa community, connect to resources, and build. Biweekly "Buna Coffee Breaks" occurs every other Tuesday from 4-5pm ET at the CAS lounge! This series provides a space for our student community to gather informally to discuss various topics related to Africa-centered student life, career opportunities and networking, research interests, and more. Gatherings will feature an African coffee tasting. For upcoming Buna Breaks, visit our events page on our website.
