Building Access Information

The George C. Marshall Center address is 320 21st Street NW, Washington, D.C. Please use the entrance labelled United States Diplomacy Center at the intersection of Virginia Avenue and 21st Street NW. By automobile, the best way to approach the building is from the north, as 21st Street is a one-way southbound only street. Please note that parking is very limited around the State Department, thus we recommend travelling via taxi or Metro. The closest metro station is Foggy Bottom, located at 23rd and I Streets NW on the Blue and Orange Lines. It is about a 10 minute walk from the station to the Marshall Center.

We will have staff outside the building with signs to help you find the correct entrance. Please do not use any other entrance as we will only be able to escort you to the event from the Marshall Center entrance. Please reference the map below for guidance.

Please contact us if you have any further questions at TeacherExchange@state.gov. We look forward to seeing you on July 28!
