Abdullahi Ahmed An-Na'im will present "Sudan: Learning from 30 Years of Islamist Revolution, Rule, and Reform" as part of the Middle East Initiative Speakers' Series. Dr. An-Na'im will summarize lessons learned from the Islamic revolutionary upheavals of the 1970s in Sudan. He is the Charles Howard Candler Professor of Law, Associate Professor at the Emory College of Arts and Sciences, and Senior Fellow of the Center for the Study of Law and Religion and Faculty Fellow of Center for Ethics at Emory University.This event is free and open to the public.
