Join Harvard Engineers Without Borders in learning about Abdul Kassim's journey in founding the Kibera Girls' Soccer Academy in Uganda, challenges he faced along the way, and his focus on community-centered development. Abdul Kassim is founder and executive director of KGSA, the first free secondary school of girls in the Kibera slums of Nairobi, Kenya. KSGA provides schooling, athletic and artistic programming, and micro-finance opportunities for over 130 girls annually.Insomnia Cookies will be served!In collaboration with: Harvard University Global Health Forum, Harvard Forum for International Development, Developers 4 Development, and the Center for African Studies
