The Climate Change, Agriculture, and Health initiative is in response to the ongoing changes in global climate, caused by human use of fossil fuels, which threatens agriculture across the globe and impacts human nutrition. Nowhere is this threat more acute than in Africa, which already struggles with chronic food insecurity, widespread malnutrition, and vulnerability to drought and other climate extremes. In collaboration with the Harvard Global Health Institute and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, the Center has hosted a number of workshops and events.
