ebola cell imageThe Ebola virus currently devastating areas of West Africa continues to spread unabated. Conservative estimates predict that 20,000 people will be afflicted before the outbreak ends. The socioeconomic implications for the affected regions is extremely grim. The questions surrounding the international response are troubling. A panel of experts from the Harvard School of Public Health, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and the Nieman Foundation will consider the Ebola epidemic from a range of different perspectives in this panel discussion and Q&A.
