Harvard Global Health Institute Presents: Capturing the Carbon Dividend: Health Benefits of Climate Mitigation
The symposium will bring together a range of Harvard scholars, together with two experts from outside the university, to discuss how to improve health while meeting our collective commitment to minimizing our climate impact. Dean Michelle Williams of the T.H.Chan School of Public Health will introduce the symposium, and Rainer Sauerborn, lead author of the health chapter of the recent Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change report and a former district health officer in Burkina Faso, will deliver a keynote address.
